1. I Saw Three Ships
01:37
|
|||
I saw three ships come sailing in
On Christmas Day, on Christmas Day
I saw three ships come sailing in
On Christmas Day in the morning.
And what was in those ships of three
On Christmas Day, on Christmas Day
What was in those ships of three
On Christmas Day in the morning?
Our Savior, Christ, and His Lady
On Christmas Day, on Christmas Day
Our Savior, Christ, and His Lady
On Christmas Day in the morning.
And all the bells on earth shall ring
On Christmas Day, on Christmas Day
All the bells on earth shall ring
On Christmas Day in the morning.
And all the angels in Heaven shall sing
On Christmas Day, on Christmas Day
And all the angels in Heaven shall sing
On Christmas Day in the morning.

3. Hush My Babe
02:36
|
|||
(Verse 1)
Hush my babe, lie still and slumber
Holy angels guard thy bed
Heavenly blessings, without number
Gently stealing on thy head.
(Refrain)
Infant holy, infant lowly
For His bed a cattle stall
Swift are winging, angels singing
Christ the Babe is Lord of all.
(Vs. 2)
How much better art thou attended
Than the Son of God could be
When from Heaven He descended
And became a child like thee. (Refrain)
(Vs. 3)
Soft and easy is thy cradle
Coarse and hard the Savior lay
When His birthplace was a stable
And His softest bed was hay. (Refrain)

4. Christ Child Lullaby
03:34
|
|||
My love, my treasured One are You
My sweet and lovely Son are You
You are my love, my darling new
Unworthy I, of You.
Alleluia
Alleluia
Alleluia
Alleluia
Your mild and gentle eyes proclaim
The loving heart with which You came
A tender, helpless tiny Babe
With boundless gifts of grace.
King of kings, most holy One
God the Son, Eternal One
You are my God and helpless Son
High Ruler of mankind.

5. Babe Of Bethlehem
02:55
|
|||
Ye nations all, on you I call
Come, hear this declaration
And don't refuse this glorious news
Of Jesus and salvation.
To royal Jews came first the news
Of Christ the great Messiah,
As was foretold by prophets old,
Isaiah, Jeremiah.
To Abraham the promise came
And to his seed forever
A light to shine in Isaac's line
By scripture we discover.
Hail, promised morn! The Savior's born
The glorious Mediator
God's blessed Word
Made flesh and blood
Assumed the human nature.
His parents poor in earthly store
To entertain the Stranger
They found no bed to lay His head
But in the oxen's manger.
No royal things, as used by kings
Were seen by those that found Him
But in the hay the Stranger lay
With swaddling bands around Him.
On the same night a glorious sight
To shepherds there appeared
Bright angels came in shining flame
They saw and greatly feared.
The angels said, "Be not afraid,
Although we much alarm you
We do appear good news to bear
As now we will inform you."
"The city's name is Bethlehem
In which God hath appointed
This glorious morn a Savior's born
For Him God hath anointed.
By this you'll know, if you will go
To see this little Stranger,
His lovely charms in Mary's arms
Both lying in a manger."

Lullay, thou little tiny child
By, by lully, lullay.
Lullay, thou little tiny child
By, by lully, lullay,
O sisters too, how may we do
For to preserve this day
This poor youngling for whom we sing
By by lully, lullay?
Herod the king in his raging
Charged he has this day
His men of might in his own sight
All children young to slay.
Then woe is me, poor child, for thee
And ever morn and day.
For thy parting, neither say nor sing
By, by lully, lullay.

8. Pretty Little Baby
02:38
|
|||
The Virgin Mary had a little baby
Mm, pretty little baby
Mm, glory hallelujah
Glory to the newborn king.
Oh Mary, what you gonna name that pretty little baby?
Mm, pretty little baby
Mm, glory hallelujah
Glory to the newborn king.
Some call him one thing
I think I'll call him Emmanuel
Mm, think I'll call him 'Manuel
Mm, glory hallelujah
Glory to the newborn king.
Oh Mary, what you gonna name that pretty little baby?
Mm, pretty little baby
Mm, glory hallelujah
Glory to the newborn king.
Some call him one thing, think I'll call him Savior
Mm, think I'll call him Savior.
Mm, glory hallelujah
Glory to the newborn king.
Oh Mary, what you gonna name that pretty little baby?
Mm, pretty little baby
Mm, glory hallelujah
Glory to the newborn king.
Some call him one thing, think I'll call him Jesus.
Mm, think I'll call him Jesus.
Mm, glory hallelujah.
Glory to the newborn king!

Good people all this Christmastime
Consider well and bear in mind
What our good God for us has done
In sending His beloved Son.
With Mary holy we should pray
To God with love this Christmas Day.
In Bethlehem upon that morn
There was a blessed Messiah born.
Near Bethlehem did shepherds keep
Their flocks of lambs and bleating sheep
To whom God's angel did appear
Which put the shepherds in great fear
"Arise and go" the angel said
"To Bethlehem. Be not afraid.
For there you'll find, this happy morn,
A princely Babe, sweet Jesus born."
With thankful heart and joyful mind
The shepherds went, the Babe to find.
And as God's angel had foretold
They did our Savior Christ behold.
WIthin a manger He was laid
And by His side the virgin maid,
Attending on the Lord of life,
Who came on earth to end all strife.

11. Christmas Is Coming
01:19
|
|||
Christmas is coming
The goose is getting fat
Please put a penny in the old man's hat.
If you haven't got a penny, a ha'penny will do.
If you haven't got a ha'penny, then God bless you!

In the bleak midwinter
Frosty wind made moan
Earth stood hard as iron
Water like a stone.
Snow had fallen, snow on snow
Snow on snow
In the bleak midwinter
Long ago.
Angels and archangels
May have gathered there
Cherubim and seraphim
Thronged the air
But his mother, only
In her maiden bliss
Worshipped the Beloved
With a kiss.
